What is a Virtual Desktop?

A virtual desktop is just like a regular computer — but it's stored in the cloud. You can log into it from any internet-connected device and it will look and work the same every time, no matter where you are. Plus, because its remotely managed, it can be restored and rebuilt in minutes, unlike a physical computer.

How Fast Are Your Services?

Depending on Business size, you will usually see your virtual desktops up and running within 2 weeks from consultation date.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work best with small businesses under 50 employees. We have worked with Accounting Firms, Law Offices, Real Estate Teams, Insurance Agencies, Consultants, and more!

Do you offer Tech-Support?

We offer support of the Virtual Desktop Application and the Logins for it, but not general support of applications inside of it (Office, QuickBooks, Zoom, etc). For more information, please refer to our service agreements.

Can I install my own programs?

Yes - Your virtual desktop works just like any other Windows PC, you can install business software like quickbooks, office, chrome, and more. (we do ask that you avoid games, crypto mining, and other non business use.)

Is my data secure?

Absolutely, we utilize a redundant methodology for your data. A Cloud Drive of your choosing to be installed to backup and make your data accessible anywhere you go, and each virtual desktop is protected via password that can only be reset by you. On top of that, if your physical device somehow gets stolen, we can remove access to your machine in seconds!
